How does DinDin handle orders placed through Grubhub or DoorDash?
Grubhub and DoorDash confirmations are ingested through a Gmail pipeline and normalized into the same order model as native orders, with marketplace identifiers and duplicate protection so a delivery-app order is never counted twice.
Can a bill be split between multiple guests at a table?
Yes. The POS checkout screen supports splitting a ticket by amount, by guest, or a custom number of ways, so a table can pay together or separately without re-entering the order.
How does an order reach the kitchen?
Orders placed at the POS or on the online ordering site synchronize in real time to the kitchen display system, so kitchen staff see live status updates without polling or manual re-entry.
Can one operator manage multiple restaurant locations?
Yes. A super-admin back office lists every restaurant on the platform with its account status and package or billing tier, and supports importing restaurants from the legacy Dindin system.
