Engineering organisation
Built the function from zero, including onboarding, delivery cadence and accountability practices.
It created an engineering organisation that could grow without making delivery depend on one person.
Platform delivery
At Omnitech, DinDin brought customer ordering, point of sale, restaurant administration, kitchen displays, and customer-facing displays into one connected system, coordinating menus, orders, payments, staff, and multi-location operations.
It replaced a set of disconnected restaurant tools with one platform spanning the counter, the kitchen, and the back office.
Integration & data
Authenticated to a shared inbox, parsed HTML order confirmations, matched merchants, deduplicated by marketplace order number, wrote native orders, and pushed them to the kitchen printer.
It eliminated manual re-keying entirely even though neither marketplace exposed the order API the workflow needed.
AI infrastructure
At Omnitech, Peaches serves purpose-tuned models for captions, advisory, estimating, and reviews on owned infrastructure.
It kept those AI capabilities off metered third-party credits and made infrastructure ownership part of the product architecture.
Platform delivery
At Innovation M Services, IMFlow360 connects appointments, billing, inventory, staff, attendance, payroll, customer records, and reporting into one multi-tenant platform serving retail, restaurant, salon/spa, and appointment-based businesses.
It brought day-to-day operating functions into one connected platform rather than leaving them as isolated workflows.
Platform architecture
At Omnitech, Pulse / MyOmniHub grew into a modular platform of 61 product modules covering commerce, hiring, publishing, and back-office operations within a shared multi-tenant architecture.
It gave multiple business domains a common platform foundation while preserving clear tenant and administration boundaries.
Delivery automation
The agent works from a runbook and backlog, uses static checkers, and follows an explicit honest-verification standard for what has and has not been tested.
It made autonomous delivery progress traceable without allowing automation to overstate what had actually been verified.
